Event Production Service for ASEAN BUSINESS SUMMIT 2016

Bloomberg and the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam were pleased to host the ASEAN BUSINESS SUMMIT on December 8, 2016, at the JW Marriot Hanoi Hotel. It’s an honor for Event Production Company in Hochiminh city - YesEvents to be awarded as vendor for stage setup, display booth, reception area, interview zone, welcome area etc. for this important summit.

This year event convened ASEAN leaders across business, finance, and government in Vietnam. This was the third time Bloomberg hosted ASEAN BUSINESS SUMMIT and the first in Vietnam – one of the most promising economies in ASEAN as Bloomberg viewed. Given the importance factor of this event, all vendors were required to work and cooperate closely with a Singapore-based event management company to secure safety, aesthetic, quality etc. as well as setup process.

Every vendor must covered and delivered a great amount of works, so each of them should have a very detailed action plan from preparation to setup phase. Each vendor’s action plan should not overlap and hinder other vendors to secure and carry out the master plan assigned by the Singapore-based event company.
